Chelsea are interested in signing Brazil midfielder Ramires, according to the agent of the Benfica starlet.
The 23-year-old was a member of the Brazil squad which was knocked out of the World Cup at the quarter-final stage by Netherlands on Friday.
Ramires made four appearances for the South Americans in South Africa and is interesting several leading clubs sides across Europe.
Both Chelsea are Bayern Munich have made their interest known, according to agent Luis Carlini.
"Many clubs from the big European leagues have been in contact about Ramires," he said.
"Chelsea and Bayern have spoken to Benfica but I can't say more."
Ramires, who has won 16 international caps, joined Benfica last summer in a £6.5million deal from Brazilian side Cruzeiro.
